1-2-3-4-5-6 1-2-3-4-5-6 1-2-3-4-5-6...

I have 6/8 time stuck in my head! AHH!

Actually... Not so much anymore. My iPodizzle helps. And yes. If I ever refer to my iPod, it is referred to as my iPodizzle. It's amzing. Shut up.

OKAY. MOVING ON TO WHAT I WAS GOING TO START TALKING ABOUT.

6/8 time. I was helping Emerald in orchestra... Haha. We got time to work on juries/orch music/theory and stuff. Me and Kate didn't really feel like working on our jury so I was bothering Angela, Cody, and Emerald. Emerald kept getting off a little. So I started coundting for her. Heehee. It was fun. And then I was an honorary Cody when she went to the bathroom and I clapped out her part while Emerald and Angela clapped out their parts. I stayed together with Emerald! Angela managed to get like, two measures ahead. But whatever. So Emerald knows the rhythm. It's just the actual playing... So yeah. And then Zien was helping them near the end of class and I just would kinda wander up and be all "1-2-3-4-5-6!" while jumping around and everything. And then I was doing some weird run. Haha. 'Twas fun. ^____^ And then Miss Zien was all like, "How do you have that much energy?" or something like that. I was so tempted to say that it was because I snuck Skittles into orchestra. Because I did. I had them behind me on my chair while we played, since we have to sit at the edge of our chairs. Woo! (We're not supposed to eat in class. Or chew gum.) I iz r sneaky! So yeah. I like Skittles. They made me really hyper.

And then the bus ride home was pretty fun. I was talking with Kate about chemistry. She's in AP, which is second hour and I'm just in gen chem, which is first hour. I could've been in AP, but I'm not a chem fan. Give me art, lit, and history! Math and sciences can go out the door! But yeah. We started talking about the people in our classes and stupid smart people. And I told her about the flame tests we were doing today.

Okay. So in chem today, we did flame tests with bunson burners and chemicals, yes? We would dip a wire in a chemical and then run it through the flame to see what color it would turn. And I was having entirely way to much fun with fire. We were at stations and Miss Borg, our student teacher would turn the lights off when we were supposed to run the wire through the flame. It was awesome! There was one chemical that made the flame a greenish yellow, and another that was bright green. And then there were two bright pink/magenta-y flames. And... Yeah. It was fun. Fire + pretty colors = fun! Uh... That could probably send to wrong message to kids. Haha. Oh well. Oh, and then when we were working on out lab reports, Sumeer randomly said a bad pickup line to Angela. I forget why... "Your dad must be Osama, 'cause you're the bomb." Lol. So that reminded me of my list of bad pickup lines I started. And the whole class started talking about them. And then Batterman started contributing. 'Twas especially funny since he's our teacher.

So that was my day. Minus civ, Spanish, and lunch. Because I can't think of anything especially funny that happened in those classes.

OH! I'm putting the Palace of Versailles on my Christmas list. I decided that in civ. We're learning about absolutism, and so we talked about Kind Louis the someteenth. Lyons showed us pics of the palace, and... I lurve it. I totally want to visit there, now. Haha. I'll loved pics of the garden. That place looked perfect for pictures! So I'm putting it on my Christmas list. Heehee. Or else I'll buy it when I'm older. xD

I have my articles for newspaper to finish. I need to e-mail them in tonight. Byeee!

Yes you do! But...

It's ok, to be honest 6/8 rocks! In symphonic band its my favorite signature when we're playing new musiic! Love it and teh waltz style all together.

Greatest 90's walts: "Kiss Frome a Rose" - Seal (Batman Forever)
Greatest 2000's Waltz: "So Close" John McLaughlin (Enchanted)

Also random note: Saw the Palace of Versailles exhibit once when I was in the sixth grade. It. Was. Awesome!
