I think I like this summer ballet class...

I have a feeling it will be good for me. Miss Kathy is a little more instense than Holly. I didn't realize how sore my calves were from yesterday until we got to the barre and started doing plies today. It is a good sore feeling, though. Next week, Shannon and I are talking about going to TJ's fro dinner berforehand. 'Cause ballet is 6:30 to 8:00.So, like, maybe 5:30 we could go? It'd give us enough time to eat and digest. I'd hate to go to ballet after eating a ton of food.

I think I might work on my splits this summer. Don't think I'll ever get my splits, though, 'cause of the MED. But whatever. Fine by me. I should probably work on turns, too. That might be a good thing. More of a "finding my center" type issue, though. I think.

BUT WHATEVER. I kinda lost my train of thought when I was distracted by something.

I have not updated this in awhile.

Anywho, summer has been fine so far. Busybusybusy, but fine.

Wednesday was the finale practice for dance. Thursday was nothing, thankfully. Friday was doctor's appoinment in the morning, recital rehearsal in the evening. Saturday was taking the ACT in the morning, dance recital that evening. Yesterday I just relaxed after being super busy for two days straight. And this morning I had another appoinment. Yep. Busy.

As for the REST of the summer, well... I need to get my permit soon. By the end of the week, hopefully? I have day camp next week. I need to schedule/go on college visits. I need to figure out the dance sitch. I also need a hair cut soon (would sidebangs look good on me?), and near the end of the summer I've got an eye appointment and I plan on getting new glasses. I've had my current ones for awhile now and I want new ones for when I get my senior pictures done.

So yeah. I also plan on doing as much photo taking as I can and doing real photoshoots, but it'll just be with whatever friends are willing to model. I have a few locations around town that I think would be good for a shoot. Quite a few in walking/biking distance, too. So I need to get that stuff in order.

I also want to get as much hang out time with people as I possibly can. It's the last summer of high school! AHHHHH!!!!

And I guess I need a job? Yeah. I need to apply at more places. Never heard back from that one place, though.

Anywayz, that's it for now. I'll try to keep up with this in the summer. Maybe detail my photoshoots if I can get them done. Like I said, I have a few locations I like and I also have a few concepts/ideas that would be fun.
